What is a Health Coach?
Health & wellness coaches support clients in activating internal strengths and external resources to make sustainable and healthy lifestyle behavior changes. Coaches use a client-centered approach, wherein clients decide their goals, engage in self-discovery, and self-monitor behaviors to increase accountability. We help clients discover the "why" behind their desired health change. What is your why?

Why work with me?
As an Integrative Health Practitioner I believe healing and wellness are on a continuum and can truly thrive when we are in alignment with our mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional centers. As a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, CBT for insomnia practitioner as well as Reiki Practitioner, my approach is holistic, trauma-informed and patient-centered.
I partner with my clients to create a sacred space for you to explore your patterns and beliefs, where you hold trauma in your body, what needs healing in you, and to help you become the most authentic version of yourself.
I offer a menu of options:
I month, 3 month and 6 month programs depending on your short-term and long-term goals and what feels most resonant for you.
We meet either twice a month for 55 minutes or 3 times a month for 25 minutes - whatever feels most aligned to your needs.
Emailing in between sessions with an expected 24-48 hour turnaround time
Weekly survey check-ins
If you bypass your emotions, your body will express them for you as symptoms.
